Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP Customer Data Platform (CDP) Consultant with 6+ years of overall experience and strong hands-on experience in SAP CDP implementations. Candidates should have successfully delivered at least 2–3 end-to-end SAP CDP implementation projects and possess robust expertise in customer data management, identity resolution, data integration, segmentation, and activation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and execute SAP CDP implementation projects from requirement gathering through deployment and post-go-live support.
Work with business stakeholders to understand customer data, segmentation, personalization, and activation requirements.
Configure and manage SAP Customer Data Platform capabilities based on business requirements.
Design and implement customer data ingestion and integration from SAP and non-SAP source systems.
Work on customer identity resolution, profile unification,



data harmonization, and consent management.
Develop and manage customer segments/audiences for marketing and business use cases.
Configure customer data activation and integration with downstream applications and marketing platforms.
Integrate SAP CDP with relevant SAP Customer Experience / SAP Marketing / SAP Commerce / SAP S/4HANA and third-party systems.
Troubleshoot data ingestion, integration, identity matching, and activation issues.
Participate in solution design, technical discussions, testing, UAT, deployment, and production support.
Prepare technical and functional documentation, mapping specifications, and implementation guidelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SAP CX, Marketing, Data, Integration, and Business teams.

Required Skills:

6+ years of overall IT experience with strong relevant experience in SAP CDP.
Minimum 2–3 SAP CDP implementation projects with hands-on in
