Role Description The Head of Sales Marketing is a full time, on-site role based in Tiruvallur, responsible for driving sales growth and overseeing marketing initiatives across all divisions. This role involves developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, identifying new business opportunities,



and managing key customer accounts to ensure retention and expansion. The Head of Sales Marketing will lead and mentor the sales team, set performance targets, review sales pipelines, and coordinate pricing, proposals, and contract negotiations. Daily activities include analyzing market trends, collaborating with production and operations teams to align capacity with demand, preparing sales forecasts and reports, and representing the company at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows. The role also requires continuous improvement of brand positioning and communication to strengthen CMD Precision Products’ presence in relevant markets.
Qualifications
Strong Sales and Sales Management skills, with experience in driving revenue growth and managing sales pipelines.
Proficiency in Account Management, including building long-term customer relationships and handling key accounts.
