Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Student Visa Admin/Processor role based in Ahmedabad. The role involves handling student visa files from initiation to submission, including collecting and verifying documents, completing application forms,



and ensuring compliance with relevant immigration and education regulations. The Student Visa Admin/Processor will coordinate with students, internal counsellors, and external stakeholders to clarify requirements, manage timelines, and respond to queries. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, updating internal systems, tracking application status, and preparing standard correspondence and reports. The role also includes supporting process improvements, adhering to data privacy and confidentiality standards, and contributing to a professional, client-focused service environment.
Qualifications
Strong administrative and documentation skills, including accurate data entry, file management, and record-keeping.
