Electronics Hardware Engineer Skills
Work Workplace
Work within the growing Hardware Power Electronics & Controls Electronics development team located in India, collaborating closely with teams in Germany, Turkey, and Poland. Development projects in the field of power and control electronics, focusing on one of the following areas: high-voltage traction inverters, BMS, DC-DC converters, and on-board chargers. Hands-on experience with key elements of power electronic products, such as circuit and schematic development, control board and gate board layout, DC-link design, and thermal/mechanical aspects. Support the testing of electronic prototypes across various ongoing programs by generating test specifications and conducting actual tests.
Your Profile




Bachelors/ Masters or PhD Degree in Electrical /Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering.
5-7 years of hands-on experience in power electronics hardware design and development, preferably in the automotive, industrial drive, renewable energy, or e-mobility domain.

• LT Spice and Altium hands on experience
• Exposure to Silicon Carbide and IGBT technology for 750V/1200V and higher voltages
• Auxiliary Power supplies for Gate driver for Power electronics products
• Measurement circuit design for power electronics control circuits
• Good understanding of power electronics and related components trends
• Analytical and conceptual capabilities
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience with High voltage measurements using Oscilloscope, differential probes and current probes for Double pulse testing of power modules is a Plus
• Exposure to automotive development processes and standards is an added
