About the Role: The Events Operations Manager is a full-time, in office role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This role oversees end-to-end event operations, including planning timelines, coordinating logistics, managing vendors, and ensuring seamless execution of events and conferences. The manager collaborates closely with clients and internal teams to understand event objectives, align operational plans, and maintain high service standards throughout the event lifecycle. Daily responsibilities include budget tracking, resource allocation, venue and supplier coordination, risk assessment, and on-site supervision during events. The role also involves post-event evaluation, process improvement,



and maintaining documentation to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
End-to-End Operations: Lead event operations, timelines, logistics, and on-ground execution.
Vendor & Partner Management: Manage and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and production partners.
Project & Multi-Tasking Management: Handle multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and quality.
Financial Oversight: Forecast, track, and manage project budgets.
Documentation & Planning: Prepare and maintain project checklists, requirement documents, and operational plans.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate effectively with clients, internal teams, vendors, and suppliers.
Ideation & Strategy: Contribute actively to brainstorming, ideation, and event planning.
Problem Solving: Solve operational challenges both on-ground and off-ground.
Fabrication & Materials: Research and recommend cost-effective fabrication materia
