Role Description The Corporate Relations Manager is a full-time, in office role based at Offenso Hackers Academy in Kochi. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with corporate partners, recruiters, and industry stakeholders to enhance placement opportunities and collaborations. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and approaching potential corporate partners,



presenting Offenso’s programs and capabilities, managing corporate communication, and coordinating events such as hiring drives, guest sessions, and workshops. The Corporate Relations Manager will work closely with the academic and placement teams to align training outcomes with industry needs and to track partnership performance and student placement metrics. The role also involves negotiating and formalizing partnership agreements, managing corporate databases, and representing Offenso at external events and industry forums.
Qualifications
