Role & Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms—aligning KPIs with funnel stages and revenue goals.
Manage daily budgets, bid strategies, and audience segmentation to maximize ROAS, CPC efficiency, and conversion volume.
Build and interpret performance dashboards using Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, and native platform reports to inform data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with creative and content teams to A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and CTAs for performance lift.
Implement UTM tagging, conversion tracking,



and pixel setups across web and app properties to ensure accurate attribution.
Monitor market trends, competitor spend, and platform updates to stay ahead of algorithmic and policy shifts.
