Lead AI Python Developer – 7–10 Years Experience
Job Summary
We are looking for a Lead AI Python Developer with 7–10 years of strong hands-on software development experience to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML solutions using Python. The ideal candidate will be a robust technical leader and individual contributor who can guide the team while independently writing production-quality code, solving complex technical problems, and driving AI initiatives from design through deployment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, testing, debugging, and maintenance of production-grade Python applications.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to AI/ML and Python development teams.
Design and implement scalable AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
Develop and integrate LLM-based applications using OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or other LLM APIs.
Design and implement RAG pipelines using vector databases and enterprise data sources.
Develop AI applications using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.




Build scalable backend services and REST APIs using Python, FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
Define technical architecture and development best practices for AI applications.
Work with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.
Design prompt engineering strategies and establish approaches for evaluating LLM outputs.
Work with SQL/NoSQL databases including PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and vector databases.
Drive the development of AI agents, multi-agent systems, and intelligent automation solutions.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding, security, quality, and performance standards.
Identify and resolve complex technical and production issues.
Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
