Graphic Designer (On-Site)

Duration: 6 hours/day
Experience: 2-3 years preferred

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and detail oriented Graphic Designer to join our team and work from our office in Swargate, Pune.

Your primary responsibility will be to create high quality visual content for social media, digital advertising, and websites. We’re looking for someone who understands modern design, typography, composition, branding, and how to create content that actually captures attention.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Instagram & Facebook carousels
• Social media posts and creatives
• Meta Ads creatives
• Website graphics and banners
• Promotional and marketing creatives
• Brand-focused visual content
• Adapting designs into different formats and dimensions
• Creating multiple design variations for campaigns

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of graphic design principles.
• Excellent sense of typography, layout, spacing & colours.
• Ability to create clean,



premium and modern designs.
• Good understanding of social media design trends.
• Ability to take a brief and turn it into a strong visual concepts.
• Attention to detail and consistency.
• Ability to work efficiently within deadlines.
• Willingness to work on-site from our Swargate office.

Software Skills

Proficiency in one or more of the following:

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Figma
• Canva
• Other relevant graphic design tools

What We Expect

We’re not simply looking for someone who can “make posts.”

We want a designer who can think creatively, understand the objective behind a design, and produce work that looks professional, contemporary and attention-grabbing.

Compensation

Salary: ₹9-12K /month
Compensation will be based on experience, skill level and portfolio.
