Role Description The Human Resources Intern role at NuageSEC is a full-time,



on-site position based in Pune City. The intern will support HR operations by assisting with recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining employee records, helping with onboarding and induction processes, and supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures. The intern will also assist in coordinating employee benefits-related documentation, supporting performance management activities, and contributing to employee engagement initiatives. Additional tasks may include preparing HR reports, supporting compliance with company policies and labor regulations, and collaborating with other team members on HR projects.
Qualifications
Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an interest in building a career in HR.
