We’re hiring: Social Media Manager
Team With Someone is looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to join our team in Mayur Vihar Phase 1, Delhi.
If you understand social media beyond just posting content and can actually think about strategy, content ideas, hooks and what makes people stop scrolling, this role could be a good fit.
What you’ll be doing:
• Managing social media accounts for our clients
• Planning monthly content calendars
• Coming up with Reel ideas and content strategies
• Writing captions, hooks and content briefs
• Working with our designers and video editors to get content produced
• Keeping up with trends, formats and relevant audio
• Tracking content performance and sharing insights
• Managing comments, DMs and overall audience engagement
• Coordinating with the performance marketing team when needed
Most of our clients are from the health, wellness and fitness space, so experience in these niches will be a plus.
What we’re looking for:
• 1–3 years of hands-on social media experience




• Good understanding of Instagram and Reels
• Robust copywriting and content sense
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
• Comfortable with Canva, Meta Business Suite and basic analytics
• Someone who can take ownership of the work rather than waiting for instructions
This is a full-time, on-site role. We’re specifically looking for someone with at least 1 year of practical social media account management experience.
