Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Construction Manager role based in Odisha having hands on experience in MIVAN work, India. The Construction Manager will oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensuring that work is executed according to design specifications, safety standards,



quality benchmarks, and project timelines. Responsibilities include supervising site teams and contractors, coordinating with consultants, engineers, and client representatives, and monitoring progress against project plans. The role involves managing budgets and resources, tracking project controls (including schedules, costs, and risks), and preparing regular reports and documentation. The Construction Manager will also ensure compliance with local regulations and construction safety requirements, proactively addressing issues to keep projects on schedule and within scope.
