Role Description The Digital Marketing Manager will lead ISCL’s online presence and fan engagement, driving brand awareness, audience growth, and campaign performance.



This full-time, on-site role is based in Bangalore and involves planning and executing digital marketing strategies across social media, search, email, and web platforms. Daily responsibilities include managing content calendars, coordinating with creative and media teams, optimizing campaigns for reach and conversions, and overseeing performance reporting using web analytics tools. The role also includes developing lead generation initiatives, collaborating with franchise and sponsorship teams to support partner campaigns, and ensuring a consistent brand voice across all digital channels. The Digital Marketing Manager will monitor trends in sports, entertainment, and digital media to propose cutting-edge ideas that grow the ISCL community and enhance fan experiences.
