About the role

We are looking for a driven and technically sound Field Sales Executive to grow our business within the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector. You will promote and sell a portfolio of analytical instruments, laboratory consumables (CRMs, reagents, vials, accessories), and validation/qualification services (IQ/OQ/PQ, CSV, compliance audits) — working closely with QC/QA labs, R&D; centres, pharma manufacturing units, and CROs.





What you will do

Identify and develop recent business in pharma manufacturing, QC/QA, R&D;, and CRO segments through regular field visits, customer meetings, and technical presentations.
Align product and service offerings with customer GMP, GLP, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Coordinate with application, service, and validation teams to drive demos, installations, and compliance activities end-to-end.
Nurture and convert leads from exhibitions, seminars, audits, and marketing campaigns into closed deals.
Own your territory meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while feeding market and competitor insights back to the team.
