Role Description:
The requirement is for a hands-on Digital / Performance / Growth Marketing Skilled with 8-12 years of Core Digital Marketing experience. Pl find the JD: Managing the organisation’s end-to-end digital marketing; administering paid performance and digital marketing across platforms as well as organic marketing. The candidate should be able to plan, budget, strategise, collaborate with the creative and content team for execution, and work with the data team for post-campaign analyses. The role would include:
• Google Ads – Search, GDN, YouTube campaigns, keyword research
• Meta Facebook Ads – Lead Generation, audience insight, retargeting
• LinkedIn Campaigns - Lead generation using look alike audiences, sponsored content, Lead Form Ad, Sponsored InMail & text ads. Website demographics and Insight tag
• Corporate Website – Managing web desing agency team to manage corporate website, portals, blogs, etc.
• SEO, AEO, GEO – Improving website rankings through both On-page SEO and off-page SEO and also .
• Social Media Organic Plans and Campaigns




• Competition growth hacking
• • Managing Affiliate Marketing Partners - Verifying service specifications; negotiation; activation; validations, ROI
• Working with Creative and Content teams to constantly improve advertising collaterals
• Use feedback loop from team to tweak campaigns and improve ROI
