Role Overview:
Campaign Operations Specialist will be responsible for the end-to-end execution, monitoring, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across programmatic platforms, with a solid focus on Google Display & Video 360 (DV360), OTT/CTV, Display, and Video advertising. This role sits at the intersection of ad operations, campaign performance, and client delivery, ensuring campaigns launch accurately, deliver efficiently, meet KPIs, and drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Setup & Execution
● Set up and launch advertiser campaigns on DV360 and programmatic platforms, including Display, Video, YouTube, and OTT/CTV inventory.




● Configure insertion orders, line items, targeting, budgets, bidding, creatives, frequency caps, and flighting based on client briefs and media plans.
● Manage audience, contextual, geo, device, inventory, and OTT/CTV audience targeting.
● Execute campaigns across OTT/video inventory and connected TV environments, ensuring appropriate targeting, creative formats, and delivery.
● Ensure accurate campaign tagging, tracking, Floodlight/conversion tracking, and attribution setup.
● Perform detailed pre-launch QA to ensure error-free campaign execution.

Campaign Monitoring & Optimization
● Monitor live campaigns for delivery, pacing, CTR, CPM, CPC, CVR, CPA, viewability, reach, frequency, and video completion rates.
● Perform ongoing optimizations across bids, targeting, budgets, creatives, inventory, and frequency to improve campaign performance.
● Monitor OTT/video campaigns for completion rate, VTR, viewability,
