Role Description This is a full-time, Architect role based in Mumbai. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts and detailed designs for residential, commercial, and planning projects, from initial client briefing through to completion. Day-to-day tasks include preparing drawings and 3D models, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and ensuring design intent is maintained during execution. The role involves conducting site visits, reviewing construction progress, resolving design and technical issues, and supporting project documentation and approvals.





Qualifications
Solid foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to develop concepts and detailed drawings.
Experience in Project Management, including coordination with clients, consultants, and contractors, and monitoring timelines and deliverables.
Familiarity with Integration of design elements and building systems to create cohesive, functional spaces.
Proficiency with relevant architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite) and digital tools for design and documentation.
Working knowledge of building codes, standards, and approval processes in India, particularly in Mumbai.
Strong visual, spatial, and technical skills, with attention to detail and ability to solve on-site design challenges.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work in a multi-disciplinary studio environment.
