Role Description The BIM Architect will work in office in Delhi, India in a full-time capacity,



contributing to the development and coordination of architectural and construction documentation using BIM tools. Responsibilities include creating and managing 3D BIM models, producing detailed architectural and construction drawings, and ensuring that all documentation aligns with project standards and client requirements. The role involves collaborating closely with architects, engineers, interior designers, and MEP teams to resolve design clashes, optimize workflows, and maintain data consistency across disciplines. The BIM Architect will also participate in submittal preparation, design reviews, and quality checks, while supporting the integration of international standards into local projects. Ongoing tasks may include assisting with process improvements, mentoring junior team members in BIM best practices, and contributing to knowledge sharing within the organization.
