Role Overview

The Branch Manager will be responsible for the overall management and smooth functioning of GSI’s Bangkok operations. The role requires strong leadership, operational discipline, process adherence, customer management,



and business development skills. The Branch Manager will act as the key link between the Bangkok branch, GSI India, and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Branch Operations: Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day functioning of the Bangkok branch, ensuring smooth, efficient, and timely operations.
- Team Management: Lead, supervise, and motivate the team; ensure discipline, attendance, productivity, and qualified conduct.
- Production & Quality: Monitor daily production, workflow, turnaround times, and productivity while ensuring GSI processes and quality standards are consistently followed.
- Process Compliance: Understand GSI’s operational processes thoroughly and ensure that all team members follow established procedures and guidelines.
- Performance Monitoring: Track team and branch performance against defined targets and identify areas for improvement.
