Job Title: *Site Sales Executive (Residential Apartments)*

Location: Badangpet, Hyderabad

We are looking for an energetic, highly talkative, and enthusiastic Site Sales Executive for our premium residential apartment project. If you love talking to people, building relationships, and closing deals, this job is for you! You will be the face of our project, guiding walk-in customers and helping them find their dream homes.

*Key Responsibilities:*

-Welcome walk-in clients at the project site and give them detailed property tours.

-Explain apartment features, floor plans, pricing, and amenities clearly.

-Actively follow up with leads via calls and site visits to close sales.

-Maintain excellent relationships with prospective buyers.

*Requirements:*

Language: Fluent Telugu is mandatory. English is a big plus.

Personality: Extremely talkative, outgoing, and confident. You should genuinely enjoy conversations.

Experience: 1–3 years in real estate/apartment sales preferred (Freshers with great communication skills are welcome!).

Must have a two-wheeler for commuting.
