Office Boy – LensLoka

About the Role

LensLoka is looking for a responsible, energetic, and trustworthy Office Assistant to help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment. This role is essential in supporting the daily operations of the office and ensuring a comfortable workplace for both the team and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises throughout the day.

* Sweep, mop, dust, and keep all workstations, meeting areas, pantry, and restrooms neat and organized.

* Ensure the pantry is clean and stocked with essential supplies.

* Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to employees and visitors when required.

* Purchase tea, coffee, snacks, stationery, and other office essentials from nearby shops.

* Handle small office errands, including document delivery and local purchases.

* Assist with receiving deliveries and organizing office supplies.

* Support the team with basic day-to-day office tasks as assigned.





* Report any maintenance or housekeeping issues promptly.

* Help maintain a professional and welcoming office workplace at all times.

Requirements

* Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.

* Must know how to ride a scooty/two-wheeler.

* A valid two-wheeler driving license is mandatory.

* Honest, punctual, responsible, and well-mannered.

* Good personal hygiene and a neat appearance.

* Physically fit and capable of handling routine office tasks.

* Basic communication skills in Telugu. Knowledge of English is an added advantage.

* Able to work independently and follow instructions.
