Experience: 3–7 years in retail/store management
Job Responsibilities:
* Manage daily showroom operations.
* Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
* Handle customers and ensure excellent service.
* Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and orders.
* Monitor sales, stock, and showroom presentation.
* Coordinate with installation, accounts, and other teams.
* Handle customer complaints and prepare sales reports.
Requirements:
* Graduate with good communication skills.
* Robust leadership and sales ability.
* Customer-focused and target-oriented.
* Retail/home furnishing/interior experience preferred.
* Good knowledge of Malayalam & English.
