Team Leader:-

Manage day-to-day dark store operations and manpower.

Monitor picker productivity, PPI, SLA and order processing.

Ensure proper picking, packing, putaway and replenishment.

Manage peak-hour operations and resolve operational issues.

Maintain discipline, attendance and shift productivity.

Coordinate with riders and management to ensure smooth order dispatch.

Previous Blinkit/Dark Store Team Leader experience is highly preferred.

Auditor:-

Conduct regular inventory and stock audits.

Identify missing, excess, damaged and misplaced inventory.

Ensure correct item-location/bin accuracy.





Monitor inventory variance and maintain accurate stock records.

Support putaway, replenishment and inventory reconciliation.

Previous Blinkit/Dark Store audit experience is highly preferred.

Candidate Profile

Prior experience in a quick-commerce dark store is preferred.

Positive communication and team-handling skills.

Comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Responsible, punctual and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Immediate joiners will be given preference.
