About Wyzard

Wyzard is building an AI GTM Operating System for Financial Services, enabling NBFCs and other financial institutions to deploy AI agents across sales, customer engagement, collections, cross-sell/upsell and other revenue workflows.

We are looking for a Senior Enterprise Account Executive who can build and own Wyzard's NBFC business in India.

Experience: 8–12+ years

The Role

You will be responsible for building, managing and closing enterprise relationships with NBFCs.

This is a hunter + farmer role. You will identify recent accounts, establish relationships with CXO-level stakeholders, uncover business problems, position Wyzard's AI solutions and drive opportunities through the complete sales cycle.

You should already understand how NBFCs evaluate and purchase technology and ideally have a strong network across the NBFC ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute an enterprise sales pipeline across NBFCs
- Identify and penetrate strategic target accounts




- Develop relationships with CEOs, MDs, CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, CBOs, CROs and business heads
- Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting → discovery → POC → commercial negotiation → closure
- Build multi-threaded relationships across business, technology, operations and risk teams
- Understand NBFC business challenges and translate them into AI/technology opportunities
- Create account plans for strategic NBFC accounts
- Work closely with Wyzard's solution, product and GTM teams to develop customized propositions
- Drive POCs and convert them into commercial contracts
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM discipline
- Build long-term strategic relationships and identify expansion opportunities

Ideal Candidate
- 8–12+ years of B2B enterprise software / SaaS / fintech sales experience
- Significant experience selling to NBFCs, HFCs, banks or lending fintechs
- Proven track record of achi
