Role Description The Bakery Assistant role is a full time, on-site position based in Secunderābād. The Bakery Assistant supports daily bakery operations, including preparing ingredients, assisting with baking bread, pastries, and cakes, and ensuring products meet quality and presentation standards.



Responsibilities include helping with cake decorating, maintaining a clean and safe work area, organizing supplies, and following food safety and hygiene guidelines. The role also involves providing courteous customer service, such as answering product questions, packaging orders, and supporting the front-of-house team during busy periods. This position works closely with bakers and other team members to ensure efficient production and a positive experience for all customers.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Bakery operations and Baking.
Candidates should possess skills in Cake Decorating and Food Preparation.
