Phoenx Performance is built for the working professional who refuses to let their career eat their edge, the ones training for 5Ks, marathons, HYROX, and IRONMAN while still showing up for their 9-to-6 (or 9-to-9, let's be real). Founded by India's #1 ranked IRONMAN athlete (AG), it's a community of driven people, high performers, people who show up.
We're looking for someone to be the heartbeat of that community.

What you'll actually be doing
Getting our athletes together IRL: community runs, swims, meetups, event-day hype squads
Keeping the group chat (and the group energy) alive, motivating people, holding them accountable, making sure nobody quietly ghosts their training block
Coming up with genuinely fun, slightly unhinged ideas to keep the community buzzing, and then actually making them happen
Capturing everything, the sweat, the PRs, the pre-dawn starts, and turning it into content and stories worth sharing




Building the kind of local partnerships and ties that make Phoenx Performance feel like the community to be part of in Bangalore
Being the face people associate with "oh, Phoenx people are just built different"

Who we're looking for
A driven human. You don't need to be an elite athlete, but you get it. You respect the grind, you love sport, and you want to be around people chasing something.
A natural communicator. Written, verbal, group-chat, in-person, you can rally a room or a WhatsApp group with the same energy.
An ideas person. You don't wait for a brief. You bring the weird, fun, "wait that could actually work" ideas, and you love the doing, not just the dreaming.
Someone who gets things done. Ideas are cheap without execution. You track things, follow through, and get stuff over the finish line.
Bonus points if you're already into running, swimming, cycling, or just chaotic-good energy in general.
