Role Description
This is a full time, on-site position located in Pune Division for a Real Estate Consultant. In this role, you will assist clients in identifying suitable properties based on their needs, conduct detailed market research, and offer personalized property advice. Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating property transactions,



and managing end-to-end sales processes. You will also have the opportunity to participate in training programs to continuously enhance your industry expertise.
Qualifications
Knowledge and understanding of Real Estate and Real Property markets
Proficiency in Sales and Negotiation techniques
Ability to provide client-focused solutions and personalized guidance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to undergo Training and adapt to market trends
Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
Previous experience in real estate consulting or a related domain is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related discipline is preferred
Minimum 6months - 1 year of Experience of sales/real estate
