The Relationship Manager will build and maintain long-term relationships with clients,



understanding their property requirements and guiding them through the entire transaction lifecycle. Daily responsibilities include managing a portfolio of clients, conducting regular check-ins, providing timely updates on property options, and coordinating site visits and virtual tours. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams such as sales, operations, and finance to ensure smooth closures, accurate documentation, and high customer satisfaction. The Relationship Manager will monitor client feedback, identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services across Square Yards’ platforms, and maintain CRM records to support data-driven decision-making.
