We run digital marketing for brands like Duroflex, Sleepyhead, Tally, TTK Prestige, Shoppers Stop etc. We won the DG+ Best Emerging Digital Agency award in 2024.
THE ROLE
You will manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads for our active clientele. The client mix includes D2C brands (performance-led, ROAS-focused), B2B SaaS companies (LinkedIn-heavy, pipeline-focused), EdTech brands (lead generation, CPL-sensitive) etc. You will be expected to think beyond execution - understanding the commercial objective behind every campaign, suggesting structural changes when performance demands it, and communicating clearly with clients about what is working, what is not, and why.
WHAT YOU WILL DO

Google Ads - Full Stack - Manage Search, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube campaigns. You structure accounts well - proper campaign and ad group architecture, tight keyword themes,



systematic negative keyword management, and bid strategies matched to the client's funnel stage.
Meta Ads - Performance and Awareness - Build and optimise campaigns across campaign objectives - Lead Generation, Conversions, and Traffic. You understand audience layering (custom audiences, lookalikes, broad with signals), creative fatigue diagnosis, and how to structure creative testing methodically.
LinkedIn Ads - B2B and ABM - Run Sponsored Content, Message Ads, and Lead Gen Forms for B2B clients. You understand ABM (Account-Based Marketing) targeting - company list uploads, job title and function targeting, and how to structure a LinkedIn campaign for pipeline generation rather than just brand awareness.
Budget Management and Pacing - Own the day-to-day budget across accounts. You pace spend to avoid end-of-month underspend or overspend, flag anomalies early, and reallocate across campaigns based on live perform
