Role Description
Senior manager, Manager- 2 position required, more than 10 to 15 years of experience in handling General Construction Equipment.
This is a full-time, on-site General Construction Equipment Senior position based in Chennai. The role involves overseeing daily operations of construction equipment,



including allocation, scheduling, and monitoring utilization across projects. The person in this role will supervise inspection, maintenance, and repairs to ensure equipment safety, reliability, and compliance with company standards. They will coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, and the service team to address equipment needs, minimize downtime, and optimize fleet performance. Responsibilities also include guiding junior staff, maintaining accurate records of equipment status and service history, supporting cost control and efficiency initiatives, and contributing to continuous improvement of operational processes.
Qualifications
Strong technical knowledge of earthmoving and general construction equipment, including inspection, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting skills.
Experience in equipment operations management, including fleet planning, scheduling, and coordination with
