Truth & Hair is a trichologist-founded D2C hair makeup and styling brand redefining how India thinks about hair — not as a problem to solve, but as a form of everyday self-expression. Since gaining national recognition on Shark Tank India Season 5 and closing a seed round led by Inflection Point Ventures, the brand has scaled a portfolio of hero products including the Root Touchup Hair Mascara, 3-in-1 Curly Styler, Flyaway Wand, Wavy Hair Milk, and newer launches such as Hair Swipes and Hair Glitters. We serve all hair textures and are building the category-defining hair styling and hair makeup brand in India.

The Role




We're looking for a hands-on NPD Manager / Product Innovator to own our new product pipeline end-to-end — from trend spotting and concept to formulation, vendor management, and shelf-ready launch. This person will work directly with the founders, translating category insight and R&D; direction into manufacturable, on-brand products, and will take primary ownership of formulation and vendor workstreams currently run by the founding team.

What You'll Own
• Drive the end-to-end NPD process — ideation, market and trend research, formulation briefs, vendor coordination, sampling, testing, and launch readiness.
• Partner with contract manufacturers and cosmetic chemists to develop and refine formulations across hair styling, hair color, hair treatment, and fragrance-led categories.
• Own active ingredient and claims research (e.g. peptides, growth actives, silicone-free/clean formulations) and translate it into formulation specs and competitive positioning.
