Job Description-

Job Title: Accounting (Spanish/Portuguese)
Location: Greater Noida (WFO)

Role Overview
We are looking for a Finance & Accounting skilled with experience in accounting operations, book closure, journal entry posting, and end-to-end AP/AR processes. The candidate should have exposure to group-level finance operations and support multiple entities/business units. Expertise with Spanish or Portuguese language proficiency is mandatory as the candidate will be working with the Latin team here.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate accounting records.
Pass journal entries, accruals, provisions, and adjustments.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions and reconciliations.
Perform vendor, customer, and balance sheet reconciliations.




Support financial reporting and audit requirements.
Coordinate with group entities and stakeholders for accounting and reporting activities.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.

Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
3-8 years of experience in Accounting and Finance Operations.
Hands-on experience in AP, AR, journal entries, book closure, and reconciliations.
Experience working in group-level/shared services/multi-entity accounting environments.
Good understanding of accounting principles and financial controls.
Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel.
Spanish or Portuguese language Expertise
