Role Description
The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata, responsible for driving growth and expanding Esigners’ client base in digital marketing, web development, and design services.



This role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and conducting client meetings, presentations, and negotiations. The Business Development Manager will collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, define project scopes, and ensure offerings align with client needs and market trends. Daily tasks include building and maintaining relationships with prospects and existing clients, tracking performance metrics, and providing regular reports and forecasts to leadership. The role also requires staying updated on industry developments and competitors to position Esigners’ services effectively and support long-term strategic planning.
