Job DescriptionLocation: Tiruchirappalli, Madurai, Thanjavur, Pudukkottai, Dindigul, Karur, Cuddalore, Puducherry Work arrangement: Full-time, on-site and field-based Experience: 2–5 years Languages: Fluent spoken Tamil is mandatory Total target CTC: ₹7.5 LPA Key Responsibilities • Identify and approach doctors, clinics and hospitals in assigned territories. • Conduct regular field visits and introduce Book Your Token to healthcare professionals and decision-makers. • Understand each clinic’s patient flow, queue-management challenges and operational requirements. • Explain and demonstrate the BYT platform clearly and professionally. • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified doctor and hospital prospects. • Follow up consistently with prospective clients and move opportunities towards closure. • Handle routine sales discussions, objections and negotiations within approved commercial terms. • Coordinate with the leadership team for strategic hospital accounts and complex negotiations. • Collect the information required for doctor and clinic onboarding.



• Coordinate the transition of signed clients to the onboarding and operations team. • Monitor newly onboarded doctors during the initial activation period and help improve actual patient usage. • Maintain accurate records of visits, prospects, follow-ups, conversions and account progress. • Gather feedback from doctors and clinic staff and communicate relevant market insights to the company. Required Qualifications and Skills • 2–5 years of experience in field sales, business development, healthcare sales, B2B sales or a related role. • Strong spoken Tamil and skilled communication skills. • Confidence in approaching and communicating with doctors, clinic administrators and hospital decision-makers. • Willingness to travel regularly for field visits in Thanjavur and other assigned territories. • Ownership of a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence is mandatory. • Ability to understand and demonstrate
