Role Description This full time,



on-site Key Account Manager role is based in Gurugram and focuses on managing and growing relationships with strategic customers. The Key Account Manager will oversee key accounts, understand client business needs, and align NS3TechSolutions’ cybersecurity, networking, and IT offerings to deliver tailored solutions. Daily responsibilities include developing account plans, tracking performance and renewals, coordinating with internal technical and delivery teams, and ensuring high service standards and customer satisfaction. The role involves identifying new opportunities within existing accounts, preparing proposals and presentations, and supporting negotiations to drive revenue growth. The Key Account Manager will also maintain accurate records in CRM tools, provide regular reports and forecasts, and represent the company professionally in client meetings and reviews.
