We are building an AI platform that enables enterprises to deploy intelligent, multilingual AI agents across customer interactions, combining voice and conversational AI with automation and business intelligence.
We are looking for a Enterprise/AI SaaS Sales Manager to build our initial global sales engine.
This is not a conventional sales role. You will be among the first members of our commercial team and will be responsible for identifying the right markets, creating qualified enterprise opportunities, conducting consultative sales conversations, closing pilots and converting them into long-term customers. You will work directly with the CEO/CTO and Product team to shape our ICP, positioning, sales process and go-to-market strategy.




Key Responsibilities
1. Build the Sales Pipeline
Identify and target high-potential enterprise accounts.
Build outbound prospecting campaigns through LinkedIn, email, calling, partnerships and industry networks.
Develop account-based sales strategies for strategic prospects.
Generate qualified meetings with CXOs and senior decision-makers.
Maintain a healthy and measurable sales pipeline.
2. Own the Complete Sales Cycle
Conduct discovery calls and understand business pain points.
Qualify prospects based on business need, urgency, budget and decision-making authority.
Conduct product demonstrations.
Develop ROI/business cases for prospects.
Prepare proposals and commercial discussions.
Lead negotiations and close pilots and subscriptions.
Drive prospects from initial conversation through contract execution.
