n## About the Role
nWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented International IT Inside Sales / Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing sales team in Hyderabad.
nThe ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B prospecting, cold calling, email outreach, lead generation, and market research, with a proven ability to identify and engage IT decision-makers and key stakeholders across international markets.
nExperience in prospecting within the USA, Europe, South Africa, and Southeast Asian markets will be highly preferred.
n## Key Responsibilities
n* Identify, research, and prospect IT decision-makers and key stakeholders across multiple industries and international markets.




n* Generate recent business leads and qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting.
n* Conduct high-volume, high-quality cold calling to target accounts and key decision-makers.
n* Create and send personalized and customized email campaigns based on prospect profiles, business needs, and industry research.
n* Leverage platforms and databases such as LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and other market research and sales intelligence tools to identify relevant prospects.
n* Research target companies, understand their business/technology landscape, and identify the right stakeholders.
n* Qualify prospects based on business requirements, decision-making authority, budget, timelines, and potential fit.
n* Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect and lead information in CRM/sales tracking systems.
n* Follow up consistently with prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other appropriate channels.
n* Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through continuous prospectin
