Role Description The State Head (Telecom Only) is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area, responsible for driving telecom business operations across the state. The role involves developing and executing state-level sales and growth strategies in the telecom domain, managing key channel partners, and overseeing telecom product and service rollouts. The State Head will lead and mentor state teams, allocate resources,



monitor performance, and ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, tracking market trends, preparing business reports, and representing the company in strategic discussions with telecom partners and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Telecommunications and Radio technologies, with experience in telecom-only projects and operations.
Proven Project Management skills, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting for state-level telecom initiatives.
Demonstrated Team Management capabilities, including leadership, coaching, performance management, and cross-functional coordination.
