- Calendar and Schedule Management: Maintain and manage the MD's complex schedule, schedule appointments, and prevent double-booking.n
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings, including booking venues, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes.n
- Travel Arrangement: Arrange and book all travel, including flights, hotels, and visas, for the MD and potentially other staff.n
- Correspondence and Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence via email and phone, acting as a liaison between the MD and internal departments or external stakeholders.n
- Document Preparation: Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations.n
- Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks, such as managing contact databases, maintaining files, and conducting research for the MD.n

Handle all company and personal information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.n
