nKey Responsibilities

- Handle outbound calls with patients and prospective customers generated through digital and marketing channels.n
- Understand patient concerns, requirements and treatment expectations through effective questioning and active listening.n




- Educate patients about QI Spines treatment approach, consultation process and available treatment options.n
- Schedule and coordinate consultations with the appropriate clinic/doctor.n
- Follow up with leads at different stages of the patient journey to improve conversion.n
- Counsel patients on the value and benefits of recommended treatment plans.n
- Address objections related to treatment, pricing, timelines and other concerns professionally.n
- Convert qualified leads into consultations and treatment enrolments while maintaining a patient-first approach.n
- Maintain accurate lead, follow-up and conversion records in CRM/software.n
- Coordinate with clinic, clinical and operations teams to ensure a smooth patient journey.n
- Track individual performance against daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.n
