nRole: Team Leader – Vessel Scheduling
nWe are looking for an experienced Team Leader to lead vessel scheduling operations supporting a global liner network.
nKey Responsibilities:
n• Lead and allocate daily vessel scheduling activities across the team
n• Manage vessel schedules, voyage creation, port rotations and schedule actualization
n• Monitor ETB/ETD updates, cut-off amendments, berth schedules, omitted ports and blank sailings
n• Ensure schedule accuracy, SLA adherence, productivity and quality
n• Oversee vessel, port, terminal, berth and service-string master data
n• Handle schedule discrepancies, system issues and operational escalations
n• Coordinate with global Network & Execution, Network & Cooperation, Cargo Operations and Trade Management teams
n• Drive SOP governance, process improvement and automation initiatives
n• Coach,



mentor and develop team members
n• Prepare operational dashboards and performance reports

nCandidate Profile:
n• 6–10 years of experience in container shipping, vessel scheduling, network operations or maritime logistics
n• Minimum 2 years of Team Lead/Supervisory experience
n• Robust understanding of liner network, mainline, feeder and port operations
n• Hands-on experience in vessel schedule maintenance and voyage management
n• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
n• Advanced Excel knowledge including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, IND
