nWe're hiring a junior Business Development Executive at Lex Mores Tech Private Limited and there's exactly one thing we won't compromise on.
nYou have to be able to talk to people.
nNot "good communication skills" in the way every CV claims it but you can call a shop owner who is mid-shift, explain something unfamiliar in under two minutes, and then actually listen to what comes back.
nEverything else, we'll teach you.
nThe job: → We sell a SaaS product to micro and small businesses → You'll find them, understand their problem, demo the product, and help them decide → Short sales cycles.



You'll see your numbers move every single week. → Full training and weekly coaching on your own recordings
nWho this is for: 1–2 years of experience. If you've worked retail, tutored, anchored an event, argued in a debate club, or run a college society — you already have the raw material.
nWhat you need: explicit spoken and written English and the resilience to hear "no" a dozen times and dial again tomorrow, and real curiosity about how small businesses work.
nWhat you get: A fixed salary + uncapped incentives and a path to Sr. Business Development Executive in 12 months.
nIn-office in Greater Noida West, five days a week.
