The role: nReach out to business owners in international markets (US, UAE and more), book meetings, close deals. Script, training and all materials provided. You work directly with the founder — no layers, fast decisions.

The money: n• ₹15,000/month fixed
n• 10% commission on every client you close — paid on their first 3 months of billing
n• Bonus on every qualified meeting booked — you earn before your first close
n• International clients = bigger tickets = bigger commissions. One $1,000/month client puts ₹25,000+ in your pocket over 3 months
n• No cap. Your income is decided by you, not us.

Growth: nEarly seat in a growing sales team — top performer becomes Sales Lead.

You: n• Fluent, confident spoken English — non-negotiable, you're selling to native speakers
n• International calling / BPO / sales experience is a strong plus
n• Willing to work international time zones (US shift = night hours IST; Gulf shift = normal hours)
n• Laptop + good internet
n• Hungry — your work decides your income
