What we're looking for:
✅ Fresh graduates / interns — any discipline; commerce/business preferred
✅ Robust communicator with confidence in cold outreach
✅ Interested in sustainability, e-waste recovery & circularity
✅ Self-driven and comfortable in a fast-paced startup
✅ Based in Kolkata or willing to work from Kolkata
What you'll drive:
? Identifying and engaging clients across the e-waste & recycling ecosystem
? Building vendor, scrap partner & institutional relationships through field visits
? Driving lead generation & market mapping for recovery services
? Supporting proposals, follow-ups & deal closures
? Working with the founding team on go-to-market strategy
