nWe are hiring an experienced ALM Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in PTC Codebeamer to support requirements, test, risk, and change management for our digital engineering programs.
nKey Responsibilities:

- Configure and implement PTC Codebeamer for Requirements, Test, Risk, and Change Managementn
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable ALM solutionsn
- Set up workflows, trackers, templates, dashboards, reports, and user roles in Codebeamern
- Design and implement integrations between Codebeamer and tools like Windchill, Jira, Git, and Jenkinsn
- Support Codebeamer upgrades,



migrations, customizations, and user administrationn
- Ensure end-to-end requirements traceability aligned with ASPICE, ISO 26262, or IEC 62304n
- Work with cross-functional teams and provide user training and documentationn

nRequired Skills:

- 8-10 years in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) / Digital Engineeringn
- Strong hands-on experience with PTC Codebeamer configuration and administrationn
- Experience integrating ALM with PLM/DevOps tools (Windchill, Jira, Git, Jenkins)n
- Exposure to compliance standards: ASPICE, ISO 26262, or IEC 62304n
- Valuable communication and stakeholder management skillsn
