Role Description This is a full-time, in office Education Sales Counselor role based in Mumbai. The Education Sales Counselor will guide prospective learners through available educational programs, explain course offerings, fees, and admission procedures, and support them in making informed decisions. The role involves handling walk-in and phone inquiries, conducting follow-up calls, maintaining accurate records of leads and conversions, and achieving individual and team sales targets.
