Job DescriptionRole Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Hyderabad. The Sales Specialist will identify and qualify recent business opportunities, conduct product presentations and demos, and build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. This role includes understanding client needs, proposing suitable automation solutions, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating terms to close deals. The Sales Specialist will collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, provide basic training and guidance to customers, and maintain accurate sales records and forecasts. The position also involves meeting sales targets, tracking market trends, and contributing feedback to improve sales strategies and offerings.
nRequired Skills & Qualifications
n3+ years of experience in IT Services/ERP Sales (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, Salesforce, etc.)
nMandatory experience in lead generation and pipeline building, with a strong focus on outbound prospecting
nStrong communication, presentation, and consultative engagement skills




nHands-on experience in BANT-based qualification of leads (mandatory)
nStrong understanding of US North America, UAE sales processes, time zones, and client expectations
nExperience using AI-based tools to support sales activities and productivity
nProven experience in cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting
nExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
nConsistent track record of meeting or exceeding assigned targets
nExperience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM
nGood understanding of Global Delivery Model (GDM) and cross-functional service delivery
nExperience in managing and growing mid to large-sized accounts across geographies (US North America)
nStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage at multiple levels
nExposure to sales, pre-sales, or delivery collaboration roles
