Role Description The Faculty Kitchen Department role is a full-time, on-site position based in Udaipur. The faculty member will plan and deliver practical and theoretical classes in food production, culinary techniques, and kitchen operations. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, demonstrating cooking methods, supervising students in training kitchens, and ensuring adherence to food safety and hygiene standards. The role involves assessing student performance,



providing constructive feedback, updating curriculum materials, and supporting academic administration such as examinations and practical evaluations. The faculty member will also participate in departmental meetings, industry outreach, and initiatives to enhance the institute’s teaching quality and kitchen facilities.
Qualifications
