The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and fostering a relationship with our suppliers and vendors. You will also oversee the implementation of the supply and production strategies.
Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end purchase and procurement of PEB, fabrication, construction, and site-related materials.
Procure structural welding consumables, paints, hardware, tools, spares, and other materials.
Coordinate with Production, Project, Design, Stores, Quality, and Site teams for material requirements and timely procurement.
Develop and manage vendors/suppliers, obtain quotations, compare rates, and negotiate the best price and commercial terms.
Prepare and release Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely delivery as per project and production requirements.
Monitor material quality, delivery schedules, stock levels, and supplier performance.




Control costs and identify opportunities for cost savings and better vendor terms.
Handle supplier issues related to delays, quality, shortages, documentation, and payments, ensuring smooth procurement operations.
Candidate Requirements

Qualifications
5–10 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement, preferably in PEB, structural steel fabrication, or construction.
Good knowledge of PEB materials, fabrication requirements, and construction materials.

Solid vendor management, negotiation, communication, and follow-up skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Purchase Management Systems.
Ability to manage multiple projects and urgent procurement requirements.
