Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established protocols.
Conduct thorough bank and ledger reconciliations, proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies to maintain financial integrity.
Collaborate closely with internal program and operations teams to monitor project budgets and expenditure related to EPR schemes and waste collection initiatives,



ensuring financial alignment with operational goals.
Prepare financial reports, statements, and analyses, providing clear insights to support decision-making and uphold transparency across the organisation.
Assist in the preparation for internal and external audits, ensuring all documentation is meticulously organised and compliant with regulatory standards.
Contribute to enhancing financial controls and processes, demonstrating a proactive approach to efficiency and accountability within our energetic circular economy model.

Experience and Qualification Required:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance; CA Inter/pursuing CA or equivalent professional qualification is a plus.
2-4 years of progressive experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably within a fast-paced or impact-driven organisation.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP B1) and MS Excel, with a solid understanding
